Welcome to Personal High Intensity Training with Commonwealth Games Athletes Colin Gregor and Charline Joiner.

Former Scotland 7s captain and ex Glasgow Warrior, Colin Gregor, and Commonwealth Games Cycling Silver Medalist Charline Joiner lead fun, challenging fitness classes at The Sanctuary nightclub in Glasgow.

Workouts are suitable for all fitness levels.



What is P.H.I.T?

To be honest P.H.I.T should have an extra I. It is personal high intensity interval training. But trying to keep the name gangster didn’t work with that extra I. We had to go Cyclops with the name.

Elite level athletes create, and deliver, full body workouts. These workouts are designed so that no matter if you have just won the CrossFit Games, enjoy some occasional exercise or don’t even know what a press up is, you will work at a level that you decide. But if we think you can work a little harder, we will be sure to give you some encouragement.

We keep class sizes small so that we can make sure technique and attitude stay good even as we fatigue.

Class sizes may be small but just having people working alongside you keeps you motivated. I’m not just saying that. Those academic types have proved it through a number of studies. In fact, working in a group can increase your pain threshold without you even noticing. So you work harder and get more from it than you even realise. Plus there’s the social side of it. We’re building a nice little community of PHIT-letes and they like to keep each other going.

Here at P.H.I.T we are aware how important a healthy lifestyle is for everybody. We also know that it’s not always easy to get to the Sanctuary on a Monday or Wednesday evening.

Achievements: Commonwealth Games Silver medalist, multiple British National medalist & multiple Scottish Champion.
