Why not try this HIIT Partner Exercise? It’s a great way to mix up your work-out and keeps you motivated as you don’t want to let your gym buddy down!!
Who needs a gym? You can work out at home or outside and achieve your fitness goals- to get stronger, build muscle, improve your toning or lose weight. If you want to exercise with somebody, why not try one of these partner exercises. We will post a series of them on our website and YouTube channel for you to try. Using each other’s weight adds resistance and the coordination works your core and muscle stability. And adding the occasional HIIT Partner Exercise to your workout keeps things enjoyable, fresh and entertaining.
P.H.I.T is run by two former Commonwealth Games athletes, competing for Scotland at Rugby 7s and Cycling. Every Monday and Wednesday they run fitness classes at Glasgow’s finest nightclub, The Sanctuary. DJ inspired Playlists, motivational lighting and expert tuition creates a fantastic atmosphere to work out.
