Hiit Circuit in Australia

When on the road you don’t need much room to be able to undertake a hiit circuit. If you find a lovely setting then even better. This one is in the Botanical Gardens in Melbourne, Australia. It’s a great way to stay in shape, lose weight or tone those muscles. P.H.I.T is based in Glasgow but the beauty of a hiit circuit is that it can be done anywhere, anytime. The Session

30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest through each exercise. Minute or 2 rest and then repeat.

The exercises:

Press Up & Rotate; Jumping Jacks; Overhead Lunge; Elbow to Hand Plank; Burpees. Everybody loves a Burpee!!

P.H.I.T is run by two former Commonwealth Games athletes, competing for Scotland at Rugby 7s and Cycling. Every Monday and Wednesday they run fitness classes at Glasgow’s finest nightclub, The Sanctuary. DJ inspired Playlists, motivational lighting and expert tuition creates a fantastic atmosphere to work out.
