Hiit Circuit Training on the Beach, Australia. A great workout for muscle toning
With a setting like this, it would be rude not to work-out. This Hiit (high intensity interval training) session is great for muscle toning and can be done anywhere. All you need is a little bit of space, a stop watch and a can do attitude. Work as hard as you can. If you need to stop for a wee break then that’s ok. But get back to it as soon as you can.
20 seconds of each exercise. No rest between exercises. Do 3 sets, rest for 3 minutes and then aim for another 3 sets.
Advanced: work on a 3 minute rolling clock. Beginner / Intermediate: use a 4 minute rolling clock.
Semi-Circle Mountain Climbers; Standing Oblique Crunch (left leg raised); Broadjump and Backtrack; Standing Oblique Crunch (right leg raised); Squat, Squat, Squat Jump; Spider-Man Press Ups; Bear Crawl; Plank Bum Touch; Shuttle Run with Down & Up
*Rolling clock is when you start the next set after 3 / 4 minutes.
