Hiit Partner Exercises from P.H.I.T. at Sanctuary Nightclub in Glasgow.
Here’s Colin & Charline from P.H.I.T. showing you another Hiit Partner Exercise. This one is a good upper body and core work-out for both parties. Try being two sides of the square then attempt being the other two sides. Which do you find more challenging?
How to master The Square:
Hiit Partner Exercises are great fun. But they are also a good workout. This one works your core stability and shoulder strength. It is important to keep good form- set shoulders ‘back and in’ and stick your chest out. Keep your arms and legs straight. Think about bending at the hips. And be sure to be nice and controlled- sudden movements make it even more of a challenge for your partner!
